Omnivista LLC. ("Omnivista" "we," "us," or "our", “Processor”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit https://omnivista.ai or use our U.S.‑hosted AI voice‑agent platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").

In this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, such as an individual's name, address, telephone number, or email address. In certain jurisdictions, this may also be referred to as “Personal Information.” “End User” (“you”) refers to any and all individuals who use Omnivista’s Services, including the Omnivista Voice Agent. “Customer” (“Controller”) refers to entities that have signed a service agreement with Omnivista to make use of their products and services.

1. Scope

This Policy covers personal data we process of the end users of Omnivista Products as a Service Provider/Data Processor on behalf of our Customers. Any additional contract‑specific data‑processing terms are specified in additional agreements signed between Omnivista and the Customer.

2. Information we collect

When interacting with Omnivista’s Services, you may provide your personal information which we may collect and store.
While speaking to an Omnivista chatbot through any medium, we will record and store any audio or transcription data from the resulting conversation.
When you submit contact forms through our voice widget, we collect and store the personal information you provide (which may include contact details, messages, and other information) and use it for follow-up purposes related to your conversation.
We may store data related to usage including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, device ID, pages visited, and timestamps through cookies or telemetry services.

We use the following cookies:

- widget_terms_accepted: A strictly necessary cookie that stores your consent acceptance for using our voice widget (expires after 1 year). This cookie is set on the domain of the website where the widget is embedded (first-party cookie).

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide, maintain, and improve our AI chatbot services.
Process your requests and respond to your inquiries via voice, text, or any other medium.
Connect contact form submissions to conversation sessions to provide relevant follow-up communications.
Send you technical notices and security alerts.
Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience.

Service Providers/Sub‑processors – Vendors we use to run the service bound by security and privacy obligations.

Business transfers – as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with prior notice.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Retention: We keep personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Deletion: Upon written request, Omnivista will delete Customer Data in its possession, subject to applicable legal and technical limitations. To send a written request, please contact anand@omnivista.ai.

8. Your U.S. Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to:

Access – know what personal data we hold.
Correction – request fixes to inaccurate data.
Deletion – request deletion of personal data.
Portability – receive a copy in portable format.
Opt‑out – stop certain processing (e.g., targeted advertising).

8.1 California (CCPA/CPRA)

We honour rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale/share" (we do not sell personal data). Submit requests via anand@omnivista.ai.

8.2 Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas

We extend similar rights required by VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, and TDPSA.

We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (90 days if reasonably necessary).

9. Automated Decision‑Making

Our AI voice agents generate real‑time responses; customers configure prompts and can review transcripts. No solely automated decisions produce legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information when it is transferred across borders.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Services target business users over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child's data has been submitted so we can delete it.
