Omnivista LLC. ("Omnivista" "we," "us," or "our", “Processor”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit https://omnivista.ai or use our U.S.‑hosted AI voice‑agent platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").

In certain jurisdictions, this may also be referred to as “Personal Information.” “End User” (“you”) refers to any and all individuals who use Omnivista’s Services, including the Omnivista Voice Agent. “Customer” (“Controller”) refers to entities that have signed a service agreement with Omnivista to make use of their products and services.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to:

8.1 California (CCPA/CPRA)

We honour rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale/share" (we do not sell personal data). Submit requests via anand@omnivista.ai.

8.2 Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas

We extend similar rights required by VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, and TDPSA.

We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (90 days if reasonably necessary).

Our AI voice agents generate real‑time responses; customers configure prompts and can review transcripts. No solely automated decisions produce legal or similarly significant effects without human oversight.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information when it is transferred across borders.

Our Services target business users over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child's data has been submitted so we can delete it.
