By accessing and using Omnivista’s Service, including the chat (“Services”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. The DPO oversees our privacy program and is the primary contact for consumer inquiries.

These Terms apply to any persons that use any Products provided by Omnivista, including Omnivista’s Voice Agent. These terms are supplemental to any additional service agreements signed between Omnivista and a specific Enterprise Customer (“Customer”). In case of any discrepancy between the two, the service agreement signed between Omnivista and the Customer will take precedence over the conflicting terms.
